Courier orders are processed within one working day. If your order is placed after business hours, the order will be processed on the next business day. If it is an order for pre-ordered products, it will be shipped within the day after arrival.

If you need to change your address, please contact us as soon as possible. Please note that it may not be possible to change the address, or the courier company may charge an address change fee.
